Why we're here
Bringing together our pension-related services will provide you with a dedicated service that is convenient for you. If you have an enquiry, you can contact us from home, either over the phone or by post. You can also email us. Find out how in Contact us.
Changes to the service
The Pension Service will write to you to let you know when a pension centre starts dealing with your case.
You do not need to do anything. You will not need to apply for your payments again.
If your State Pension is paid by Direct Payment into your bank or building society account, you should continue to deal with Pensions Direct on 0845 301 3011 - lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8.00pm (textphone for people who have difficulties with their hearing or speech on 0845 301 3012).
If you are unsure who you should deal with, go to Contact us where you can look up your nearest office by entering your postcode.
Direct Payment is the new way that pensions, benefits and tax credits are being paid because order books, girocheques and payable orders are being phased out. Find out more about Direct Payment.
Local service
We will provide a face-to-face service where it is needed and work in partnership with other local organisations to support the delivery of pension-related services. We will make these arrangements based on your specific needs.
Local service is established across England, Scotland and Wales. Find
